Can reception and doctors work from the same patient flow?

Yes. Reception and linked clinic doctors use role-appropriate views of the same visit state, including handoff back to reception.

Can patients book appointments online?

Yes. My Clinic Plus supports public booking through a booking page and website widget, including doctor and available-slot selection.

Is clinic WhatsApp intended for marketing campaigns?

No general campaign capability is included in My Clinic Plus. Clinic WhatsApp is used for patient conversations and appointment-related messages.

What changes between monthly and yearly billing?

The clinic capability remains attached to My Clinic Plus. The selector shows the current monthly or yearly base price and routes to that existing plan’s signup page.
