Service Delivery Policy
AOS by AdsOnSearch is a digital software-as-a-service platform operated by Arolli Consultancy Services Private Limited. AOS sells digital software services only. No physical products are shipped and no physical shipping charges apply.
Access is delivered electronically. Workspace activation follows successful payment confirmation, account provisioning and completion of required email verification, identity, billing or setup steps. Login and setup instructions are provided electronically through the registered email address and/or the application.
Some subscribed features require configuration by the customer or its authorized users before they become usable. The time needed therefore depends on successful payment and provisioning as well as completion of customer and third-party steps.
WhatsApp functionality may require Meta Business and WhatsApp setup, connection of a number or account, webhook configuration, business verification, template submission, template approval or other Meta review. Meta controls its review and approval timing, which is outside AOS's direct control. AOS therefore does not promise instant activation where those steps remain incomplete.
